Safety Products, Gerson Dust Masks

 

 

Gerson Dust Masks:  The Gerson 1501 disposable dust mask has become the brand of choice for many insulation installers.  These dust masks feature a single strap and an adjustable noise piece and are used in situations that do not require N95 respirators for lung protection.  They provide comfort by reducing the irritating effects from non-toxic particles.  There are 50 dust masks per box and 12 boxes per case.  The case weighs approximately 9 pounds and is easily UPSable.  We highly recommend that you try the economical Gerson 1501s if you need dust masks but are not familiar with this brand.

Respirators

 

Respirators: We carry both 3M and Gerson two strap disposable respirators. There are 20 respirators per box. The 3M respirators come 8 boxes to a case. The Gerson respirators are packed 12 boxes to a case.  Gerson is a great substitute for 3M and is a much more economical choice.

The Gerson 1730 respirator features two durable, latex-free ultrasonically welded headstraps; an adjustable contoured aluminum nosepiece; and a soft foam nose cushion that helps insure both a proper fit and comfort.
