S.F. Products is a privately owned corporation based in Atlanta, Georgia. Arlene Scarbrough, President and sole stock holder, has been in the insulation business since the mid 1980s.
Our goal is to provide our customers with quality products in a timely manner at reasonable prices. We take pride in making our customers' purchasing experiences very pleasant, efficient and economical. We answer our phones personally and are available to take orders from 7:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. We usually answer our phones until 10:00 P.M. EST, but once in a while do use a recorder in the evening. We always strive to match or better all of our competitors published prices.
Pricing: We prepare custom quotes for each of our customers. You can print a Quote Request Form. from our website. If you don’t have a printer, we’ll be happy to either mail or fax the form to you. If you’d like to give us the information via telephone, it will take less than five minutes.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but customers will be informed of any significant price changes when their orders are placed. We always strive to minimize the number of price changes. Custom quotes that contain terms and conditions that differ from those stated herein will be governed by the terms and conditions stated in the quote.
Methods of Payment: If you do not have an account with us but would like to open one, you can print our Credit Application, fill it out and fax it to 404-371-9283 (24 hours a day) or mail it to S.F. Products, P.O. Box 18215, Atlanta, GA 30316-0215. If you do not have a printer, just give us a quick call at 800-235-2094 and we can either mail or fax the credit application to you. We can also take your information via phone, if you like. Our payment terms are Net 20 days.
If you do not opt to open an account, we accept both Visa and MasterCard. We do not ship COD.
Delinquent Payments: A finance charge of 1.5% per month may be added to all invoices that are not paid within stated terms. If it becomes necessary to resort to legal collection means, all expenses incurred will be added to the delinquent amount.
Freight Policy: Orders are generally shipped via U.P.S. or common carrier and are F.O.B. ship point unless otherwise noted. If freight is being charged, the freight charges are added to the invoice or the amount to be charged to the credit card.
Returns: Arrangements for returns, credits, replacements, invoice adjustments, or refunds must be made by calling 800-235-2094. Customers may be charged a restocking fee of 20% for returns due to customer ordering errors. Shipping errors must be reported within a week of receipt of merchandise.
S.F. Products guarantees that our products are of good quality material and workmanship and are well fitted for the intended use. If you are not satisfied that a product has performed as represented, within 30 days from the date of purchase, make arrangements with us to return the product. We will promptly refund your money or replace the product with an alternate brand, if available, if you prefer.
