(also called Tiger Teeth or Batt Hangers)
These devices are basically 13 gauge, springy wires with sharp points at each end. They provide a fast, economical way to support batt insulation between the joists. Once they are pushed into place between the joists, they flex to support the insulation while their sharp ends hold them in place.
Sizes can be combined to reach any quantity discounts included in your quote. Wire supports are supplied in boxes of 500 and come in a wide array of lengths. The boxes are heavy. Any order for more than a few boxes will have to ship via common carrier.
